Spicy almonds – a snack with wine

Ingredients:

150 g peeled almonds (blanched)
1 egg white
Half a teaspoon of hot pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan

Preparation:

Beat the egg white with spices, then mix with parmesan and almonds.
Place the almonds on a baking tray covered with baking paper and put in the oven preheated to
 200 degrees (fan-forced) for 10 minutes.
Serve as an accompaniment to selected wine.
